Happy Birthday, Morgan

Sometimes when we sleep, our enemy takes advantage of our position but we have been prepared.

Today we celebrate Morgan’s 4th birthday in the hospital after a fever scare and oxygen levels were funky. We will remain in the hospital where Morgan will receive chemo in order to shrink and control her Hepatoblastoma starting today and get on a list for a new liver immediately. She was sad she woke up on her birthday in the hospital but the WHOLE place is making it a big deal and we will continue to fight.

Our enemy now has a name and we now have it in our crosshairs. 

The outpouring of support has been amazing and I appreciate all of you having our backs! This is just a bump in the road in order to create a fierce woman. She’s got this.
